Based on experience and observation there are so many mistakes that brokerages make, and therefore the agents make as well, my vision is to demystify and clear the smokey mirrors and bring truth and transparency to this very confusing and convoluted industry ! The better we broker the better our industry will thrive, the more people we serve with transparency the more money we can earn and so on and so on.
“The Revolving Door” syndrome .. this is when agents leave one company for another company without ever discussing with their current company what the issues are if there are even issues, the majority of the agents that keep switching are on a quest for self and can’t find it because they are looking OUTWARD and not INWARD, well hold onto your hats because I am going to launch 2018 a coaching program that not only will you as an agent prosper I am also going to offer speaking at offices so Brokers can retain their agents and not lose them in the “Revolving Door” of Real Estate.
