Thank you, every other week we film so next wed we will be hitting up DUMBO – this acronym stands for Down Under Manhattan Bridge Overpass. This area has transformed into an amazing water front location, with cobblestone streets, some great shopping and restaurants. Home to an amazing coffee roaster too. I don’t want to spoil it, just introduce you to DUMBO ..
We are having fun exploring and reporting places to eat, live and get a feel for what the area is like. Each area is different, the vibe, the culture and the people that live there or migrate there totally different than those that chose to plant their roots in Williamsburgh or Carroll Gardens. On the Real Estate front, the apartments are very expensive, high end and probably one of the highest prices per sq foot around .. people love to buy the lifestyle and FINALLY – hello – we woke up – it’s about this moment, this time, this journey .. if you have the means to live where you want, to work where you live go for it.
