YES… the people have spoken !

The beauty of our country is the very right to choose your elected officials, and this democracy that has been put in place by the people for the people. I predicted this outcome a long time ago, I logged it in my phone and I had conversations about it in the school yard but since this is a blue state no one would listen to why I felt what I was feeling. Instead they looked at me puzzled. 

Just for the record I am neither red or blue. I am only about fairness, transparency, ethics, love and respect for mankind. I am a firm believer of what you put out in this universe is what you get back.

However there are so many walking zombies today and it makes me pause and say hmmm this is the very system you like, the one you want and you are dissatisfied with the outcome ? Things that make me scratch my head. All of a sudden our mayor is now pulling what he would have called a Trump card had Trump lost that something is wrong with the polls? Really ? It’s is blatantly clear that the people have spoken.

We can’t be sore losers, there is only one seat to fill and 2 opponents so clearly we let the people decide and they did. This reminds me of the controversial OJ Simpson trial, he went in front of a jury of his peers and was found NOT GUILTY. The very same system that we pride ourselves on was not accepted because it was not a GUILTY verdict. What and WHY is there so much fear associated with TRUMP ? I will not be surprised if he surprises us, and makes America great again.

I believe that this election shows 3 true factors in life in humanity and in the way we operate as humans.

1) Get back what you put out – well maybe if they treated Bernie Sanders fairly she would not have received this defeat and backlash. WHY wasn’t she in Manhattan with her people, instead she called in …

2) Put the people first- maybe if she campaigned more about what we need like my previous post and not just bashing her opponent she may have kept the blue states. Instead of campaigning about the same things the last 12 years were about. Which is the system that failed so why talk about it again. OLD NEWS. She did nothing to change that perception because she was not in tune with the people.

3) Change – although it is always met with resistance we as humans need it, we need cycles because we get tired of business as usual despite the notion that we like things to be the same. 

I believe that if you are running for a people’s position then you must address the people that have been most affected negatively by the last 12 years and nurture them and immediately try to relate to their hardships, understand where they are coming from with true intentions not manipulation.

I also believe that this election reflects that, it reflects the need for change, it reflects the people’s desire for it and it certainly reflects their frustration with a system that has not changed a system that has failed the people over and over again. A system that she was involved with for 30 years.

I can speak from experience about OBAMASCARE as an Independant contractor I have to buy medical insurance I am not on an employers plan, I tried OBAMASCARE and what a disaster no one accepted it, so I had to leave the exchange and buy the lowest plan I could 1400 a month to cover my small family. THATS 1400 a month ! There has to be a better way.

Now I know I am not alone in a country of 330 MILLION people right so Iam sure that that adds to frustrations and to many many more affected in one way or another and I am not talking about the 1 percenters I am speaking of middle and lower class. 

So, I say it doesn’t matter who it is it’s just that people are fed up, sick and tired of being the gerbil in the wheel that whether he fulfills his promise or not that the PEOPLE of the USA have spoken and said WE choose different, because we NEED different. 

That’s why this election went the way it went, because Trump touched those affected by the last 12 years, he reached them, he related to them and strategically won.

HIllary did not. She did wrong to Bernie, her ad campaigns were filled with ugly, she should have left BILL home alone, and she should have spoken from a people’s perspective and she should have been more empathetic and understanding which in all her speeches I did not feel any true emotions I was truly hoping I would have felt the compassion and warmth that I was hoping for, especially because she has been in this arena for 30 years.

Just that simple. Get what you give, love more not hate, with all her experience and money her commercials could have been more about love and less about hate, he commercials used words that were so harsh, personal attacks, she called the American tax payer “deplorable” just because they won’t vote for her, that is UGLY.

Pure and simple UGLY because had she won, those deplorables would be paying tax, would be going to work and she would be benefiting from it.

When UGLY comes out, we as humans feel it, we recognize it and we act accordingly.

It is amazing to me that her campaign managers didn’t include the soft side, the I can relate side, the I understand side that most of the states needed to hear. NY is special it’s a blue state and she had a sure bet here but her message got disconnected when she focused solely on highlighting Trump, his personal life, bashing and attacking seemed out of character for her or was it? I work at Pierrepont Plaza and a democrat stood outside for months with a hand made sign that said I am a Democrat and I want answers for Benghazi… and some other stuff, all I can think about is WHY hasn’t anyone come downstairs to speak with this man ???? He is a vote and he counts. ????

Trump on the other hand related to the people, he got many “thinking” without harsh ad campaigns and commercials his attacks were geared to her political career and he hung his hat on the perception that clearly most of the country believes she has not done anything to change things so why would she start now ? 

When you release that message coupled with her scandals and her shame with Bernie it makes people flip the table over ! Despite the like or dislike for the other candidate, that’s what we saw happen! We learn visually, then it’s turned into perception and perception becomes the individuals reality so with that said the democratic campaign could have created a better visual than what they did.

A sure bet strategy, out smarted the blue campaign and won the election ! That is brilliant strategic work.

No one likes to lose, they say tho it’s all about how you play the game.
