Independence Day…

AS most people who take part in celebrating their independence show signs of true gratitude by pausing and taking a moment to realize how blessed we all are despite how we may feel. 

However we take for granted every little thing every single day. WE managed to rush through the years, the days, the hours, the minutes and turned them all into seconds.

In a flash summer will be over, the moment it arrives we are already processing the end. WE are already celebrating Labor Day…Why is that ? 

I am 100pct GUILTY as charged.  However I have decided in the past few months to make a constious effort to pause, breathe and give thanks for every second, every minute, every hour that I live. TO take moments in time and breathe, to be still, to get grounded and centered so that my Fourth of July is just that and not the beginning of the end of summer.

So, with that thought I wish all of you a fantastic, slow, still , centered and focused Holiday…enjoy your friends and family and think “I am blessed ” to be given this moment in time to reflect upon my Independence, my country, my family.
