Everyone knows that the 3 L’s to Real Estate govern the highest price or at least that was always the Brokers claim to pricing .. Location, Location, Location … equals cha ching !
Today that rule still stands true, however that doesn’t mean that an inferior block or location does hold its own.
In a supply and demand scenario which is what we see daily in Brooklyn , we also see inferior locations and homes fetching top dollar. If you have the 3 LLL’s you can price your property a bit higher ! If you don’t – well don’t be afraid to push the market it will correct itself you have nothing to lose but try ! WHY would you leave a nickel on the table when you don’t have too !
With the way Real Estate has been appreciating does it really matter if you are on a side street ? or 4 blocks from the train instead of 2 ? Let’s take a closer look in the next week or so, perhaps I can find some comps and we can compare the real data. Ta ta for now……
